In music and in cuisine, variety is the spice of life and Jam Cruise is no exception. Featuring world-class chefs to curate late-night buffets, the Chef Series is another way to elevate the fan experience and take it up a notch with rotating chefs, menus and themes each night.

Alongside the growing Yoga at Sea program, we are proud to welcome Natural Foods chef Amber Poupore to lead the way on Jam Cruise 13 where she will be preparing several dishes for cruisers during the day time in a new section on the buffet. Choose from various vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and/or raw food option to help keep your chi flowing strong!

Considered royalty of the seafood boil, Chris "Shaggy" Davis is a master of his trade and specializes in South Louisiana cuisine. Archna Becker is the creative force behind Bhojanic, one of the most awarded and popular Indian food restaurants in the greater Atlanta area. She has garnered “Best” Indian restaurant awards from countless publications including Creative Loafing, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution among others. In 2013, the GRA nominated the India born Archna for Restaurateur of the Year. Bhojanic is well known to musicians traveling the southeast as a catering choice and to organizers putting on large events and conventions looking for some of the best Indian cuisine the area has to offer. Pieter Dijkstra - A Spice of Life Catering - Asian Market Food
Hailing from Arizona, Chef Pieter Dijkstra has a love for creating tasty, creative cuisine. For several years, Pieter was a Chef for Penski Porsche Racing and then Jorgensen International on the American Le Mans series, an exciting and fast-paced position which took him to numerous cities internationally. In 2008, Pieter started at A Spice of Life as Chef de Cuisine, allowing him to showcase his many talents through weddings, tastings, corporate events and fundraisers. Pieter continually creates new, delicious and unique menu items for his clients using diverse cooking techniques, most of which are self-taught.
Bobby Antonetti - Woodmere Country Club - Mexican Street Food
A native Long Islander, Bobby Antonetti is currently the Executive Chef of "The Woodmere Country Club" in Woodmere, NY as well as the food consultant for "The Beach House" at two Long Island locations. Beginning his culinary career at the age of 17 at a local pizzeria, he then went on to study restaurant management and pro-chef curriculums at SUNY Cobleskill. His American fusion style is seasoned by Asian, Italian and Southwestern influences. Along the way, his cooking has garnished multiple star reviews from Newsday and The New York Times, as well as gratitude from many appreciative diners.
